That is some sassy steppin'. Watercolor/color pencils. I was on an old school disney kick for awhile (pie-eyes everywhere!), and just loved how expressive toons can be.

Lucky little horse, with those wings. Looks like the other is confused. *grin* Me personally, I'd be jealous! Although, it doesn't look like the little equine can fly with them yet.. But, some day!
